Tongue Sight???
March 30, 2010
I saw a program on this last night. It is the idea that the brain can reprogram itself to take inputs from any source and process them as if they are “images”. In this case, subjects are given electrical pulses to their tongues and they are able to “see”. Other test subjects regained their sense of balance from electronic stimulation through the tongue!! VERY COOL!

Sixth Sense Technology
March 26, 2010
This is a video that a buddy of mine sent me a while back. It talks about a REALLY cool new computer technology that might change the way in which we interact with the world!!!
About this talk
At TEDIndia, Pranav Mistry demos several tools that help the physical world interact with the world of data — including a deep look at his SixthSense device and a new, paradigm-shifting paper “laptop.” In an onstage Q&A, Mistry says he’ll open-source the software behind SixthSense, to open its possibilities to all.
